Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support
multiple K-12 schools in the Fairhope, AL area. This full-time
contract position runs through the current school year, requiring
on-site presence across four school and preschool locations serving
students from preschool age through sixth grade. The role is ideal
for a licensed or certified SLP passionate about making a
meaningful impact in educational environments. Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging
from preschool (ages 3-5) through 6th grade. Manage a caseload
across four designated schools and preschools, ensuring
individualized treatment plans and goals. Collaborate with special
education teams and classroom teachers to support student progress.
Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs and developmental
levels. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with
district and state regulations. Potentially assist other SLPs
within the district as scheduling permits. Qualifications:
Professional license or educator certification in Speech Language
Pathology. Experience working with children in educational
settings, preferably serving PK-6th grade. Strong communication and
collaborative skills. Ability to manage caseload effectively across
multiple school sites. Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse
student needs. Location: Fairhope, Alabama Schedule: Full-time,
approximately 35 hours per week, from start date ASAP through May
