All full-time positions include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) 401K retirement plan with company match Paid holidays and generous paid time off Medical benefits starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Community Manager, the Service Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property , including but not limited to: Completing all service requests promptly (within one business day when possible) Performing make-ready/turnkey work for vacant apartments, including repairs, painting, and lock changes Managing pool care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance Conducting preventive maintenance to protect equipment and property assets Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked maintenance shop Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24-hour emergency maintenance Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements : HVAC or EPA certification (Required) Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience in a multi-family, commercial, or residential environment Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC troubleshooting and repair Basic proficiency in electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred Ability to work on-call and respond to emergencies as needed Physical Demands Lift objects up to 75 lbs.
