Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Location: Pensacola, FL We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our residential community by maintaining units and common areas at high standards. This hands-on role includes general repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready for new residents. Responsibilities include: Performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repairs, and carpentry. Preparing apartments for new residents by handling make-ready tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently. Conducting routine inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness across the property. Assisting with preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and costly repairs. Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents and team members. What we're looking for: Basic experience in maintenance or related fields. Familiarity with HVAC systems (certification is a plus but not required). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for occasional after-hours emergencies. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to maintenance needs. Why Apply?
