Director of Marketing- Cantonment, FLWHO OUR CLIENT IS: Search Solution Group is looking for the ideal candidate for our client who is a high-end, classic car restoration center. WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing communicative aspects of the marketing strategy. Because of the extensive product offering within our brands, the Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in our success to create demand, establish brand prominence, and instill consumer confidence. The Marketing Specialist should be a tech-savvy professional who is knowledgeable and passionate about the manufacturing industry, social media, analytics, and advertising. Primary duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Support sales team and channels in creating marketing material for our customers, team, website, and other marketing platforms.
• Promote brand recognition in new segments through marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target segment's audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail campaigns, customer data platform (CDP), etc.).
• Assist in analyzing marketing data via SEO research, CRM campaigns, conversion rates, traffic, etc. to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and promoting of off-site trade show events, including, but not limited to, set-up/tear down, food and beverages, event registration, promotional items, display units, strategy, and execution.
• Partner with Sales on the planning, scheduling, and promoting of classes, trainings, and workshops for customers.
• Conducts market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Create and distribute informational videos as required by management.HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred. Experience:
    • 3+ years of Marketing Experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and photo editing
    • software. Additional Skills:
      • Attention to detail.
      • Communicates professionally and effectively both verbally and written.
      • Strong organizational skills.
      • Ability to learn technical product knowledge.
