per year /n /n /n /n About the Role /n The Anesthesia Program
Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the on-site
operational management and oversight of assigned Sound Physicians
anesthesia program(s). The Anesthesia Program Manager, in
partnership with the Program Medical Director and/or Chief CRNA,
may be the primary point of contact with the hospital, as assigned
and directed by the RPM, RDO, or RVP, working directly with the
C-suite, other key leaders and support staff to manage anesthesia
operations, quality, safety, patient experience, provider
well-being, and provider/provider group performance. The Anesthesia
Program Manager will have a visible presence at the assigned
hospitals and/or systems and will focus on establishing
professional relationships with the anesthesia team, hospital
C-suite executives, and surgeons (as accessible). /n /n The
Anesthesia Program Manager works with the Sound anesthesiologist
and CRNA team at the assigned hospital(s) and/or system partner
daily, consisting of a Program Medical Director, Chief CRNA, and in
some situations, an Anesthesia Coordinator. This role contributes
to a larger regional team that supports anesthesia programs across
multiple states. The Anesthesia Program Manager will support and
report to the Regional Program Manager (RPM), Regional Director of
Operations (RDO) or Regional VP of Operations (RVP), with triad
accountability to the Program Medical Director (PMD) and Chief
CRNA. /n /n The Details: On-site Monday- Friday. Travel is required
between hospitals in the Florida panhandle area. /n /n Essential
Duties and Responsibilities /n /n Client Retention and Performance
Management: /n /n - Building and maintaining relationships with
leaders and key stakeholders at partner sites/systems /n -
Supporting the Regional Manager with site specific data collection
to meet Sound’s performance objectives and other process
improvement efforts. Performance objectives are established in
cooperation with our hospital partners in alignment with their
goals /n - Managing to define performance objectives by working
with various Sound’s Central Services departments, as well as with
our hospital partners and physician teams to create operational
plans, reports, and dashboards /n - Meeting regularly with the
Program Medical Director to review site performance, identifying
opportunities and barriers, and developing action plans /n -
Collaborating with Program Medical Director to contribute to team
meeting agendas /n - Assisting with the evaluation and improvement
of clinical pathways, including working to reduce variation and
non-value-added activity /n - Identifying and problem-solving
day-to-day site operations issues including matters related to
payroll, credentialing, human resources, recruiting, etc. with
assistance of Sound’s Central Services departments /n - Supporting
Value Based Care goals by maintaining information around usage and
outcomes associated with Sound’s High-Quality Network (HQN) /n /n
/n Financial Operations: /n /n - Reviewing, verifying and
processing invoice data, including quality, at-risk and bonus
components. Proactively partnering with Accounts Receivable to
ensure invoicing issues/credits are resolved /n - Reviewing
Physician incentives/bonuses and processing for timely payment /n -
Reviewing and validating shift and productivity data for
appropriate processing by payroll /n /n /n Staffing Management: /n
/n - Putting staffing request into Salesforce and approving other
Employment Agreement changes /n - Ensuring coordination and
facilitation of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
onboarding/ orientation requirements, training, and utilization of
Sound Connect for Hospital Medicine /n - Supporting Regional
Medical Director and Regional Manager in tracking provider shifts
and temporary labor costs /n - Coordinating onsite physician
interviews with hospital leadership and following up on hiring
recommendations /n /n /n Team Management and Development: /n /n -
Leading and developing any direct reports (Hospital Coordinators)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities /n /n - Intermediate Microsoft
Office proficiency (i.e. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) /n -

Basic understanding of financial and budgeting processes/principles
/n - Intermediate knowledge of healthcare informatics, including
quality measures /n - Experience leading/managing teams or

The ability to anticipate the needs of our internal and external
partners and be responsive /n /n /n Education and Experience /n /n
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare
administration or similar related field /n - 3-5 years' experience
working in healthcare operations /n /n /n Salary Range /n /n -
Between $75,000 - $100,000 annually. In addition, this position is
eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. Exact pay will be
determined based on candidate experience, geographical location,
