Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general ledger accounting, monthly financial reporting, and
cash management for client community associations
Prepare annual community budgets and provide financial
recommendations to community managers and Boards
Serve as a financial liaison, resolving billing issues and
answering inquiries from auditors and tax preparers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited
college/university
Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred
Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a
plus
Familiarity with mid-tier accounting software applications is
advantageous
Strong understanding of basic accounting theory and methods
